    We make every effort to accurately display colours and images of our prints. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing processes.

    All dimensions listed are approximate.

    Pricing

    All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

    As Shaylah Chapman Photography is not currently GST registered, GST is not charged on purchases.

    Prices may change at any time without notice.

    Orders

    Once an order is placed and payment has been received, production of your print may begin immediately.

    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.

    Shipping

    Orders are shipped within New Zealand only unless otherwise stated.

    Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidance only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

    Intellectual Property

    All photographs, images, text, and content on this website remain the property of Shaylah Chapman Photography.

    Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright ownership.

    Images may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Shaylah Chapman Photography shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products purchased from it.

    Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer protection legislation.

    All prints are made to order and professionally framed before being shipped.

    Change of Mind

    As all products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you decide you no longer want the item after purchase.

    Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

    Damaged or Faulty Products

    If your print arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Please include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photographs showing the damage or fault

    Where appropriate, we may:

    • Replace the item

    • Repair the item

    • Provide a refund

    Consumer Guarantees Act

    Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
